This is a small group outdoor class created specifically for women only. 


This is a program designed to empower women who are new to training and luck confidence to train in much larger and boisturous group settings.


The program requires 16 workouts in 8 weeks.  With full body workouts, the workouts are progressive in intensity and are designed to help you feel challenged and

conditioned by encouraging you to push beyond your boundaries for a fitter self.  Combined with nutrition advice, the workout will transform your body, shape, energy

levels, confidence your life.



The program is designed to:

  • improve balance and condition
  • increase flexibility
  • improve co-ordination
  • increase fitness
  • promote weight loss


In the 8 weeks as well as receiving bespoke training with full 

individual attention, including:

  • nutrition advice
  • supplement advice
  • weight and measurements
  • 24/7 motivation and support
