we all have different metabolic rates and different nutritional requirements. We will determine what your nutritional needs are depending on your goals, using an analysis of your current health status, fat distribution and your hormonal profile.


We promote a clean, lean, nutritious and balanced diet which  also includes cleansing, detoxing and holistic health. We'll analyse your food diary periodically but also provide you with a full list of macro and micronutrients as well as ideas on lean and weight loss meals and recipes based on your current lifestyle and goals.


Our nutrition service which also includes assisted food shopping and meal preparation service in your home, aims to educate you on how to follow a sound balanced nutritious diet which is individually tailored, with advice on what are the best foods for your body type, when to eat, potion control and how to avoid hunger pangs.
