Jennifer is amazing – She is the perfect mix of tough and encouraging, and can help anyone of all fitness levels. 

Always looking to improve performance but careful not to over-extend. The 60mins sessions are really enjoyable and we always discuss my goals and expectations.

After the first consultation a tailored program was created for my needs, combining a regular intensive exercise plan with healthy eating targets. Since then my body has changed shape for the better and I have lost weight, increased my muscular strength & endurance considerably and all of this in only 2 months. I was never been able to run and now I'm finally a runner at the Royal Parks Foundation Half Marathon London (21km)!

I feel more motivated to exercise, because I have a variety of exercise programs. Not only she comes up with amazing circuits, but she also knows how to deal with different sensitivities and how to roll out/stretch tight spots to have instantaneously a relief and a better motion. 

Overall Jennifer is firm, but fair and definitely gets the best out of me and I can’t recommend her highly enough as Personal Trainer to anyone who is serious about changing the lifestyle & achieving fitness goals with happiness and good vibes.

I went to see Jennifer for the first time about 5 months into my recovery after having a major knee operation. I was unfit and overweight. I could barely do one squat, let alone twenty. 18 months on, I am probably the fittest I have ever been and my legs have never been stronger. To prove this I managed to complete a half marathon in less then 2 hours! I would never have been able to achieve this without Jennifer's help. This woman is amazing and very addictive!! Would highly recommend to anyone :-)


I've now been training with Jen for about 6 weeks and the change in my body shape has been quite incredible.

Being quite a seasoned runner anyway, I didn't realise what a difference training with Jen would deliver in terms of fitness levels and definition. I've almost doubled the distance I run as I'm getting a lot stronger and I'm doing things that I've never been able to achieve physically alone in the gym. Notably going from 1 sit up 6 weeks ago to now 50! I've also really loved working with weights and Jen has been a great (and very patient) coach.

She's given great nutritional advice too and I'm confident I'll fit into my wedding dress next year!

Would highly recommend her!
