One thing is that I'm proud of all my clients.  They are hard working, enthusiastic, committed, focused and I always enjoy the time I spend with each one and our fitness

journey.  It brings me joy to see the evolving transformation process, session by session. For that I always go the extra mile.  All my clients amazed at how quickly their

body evolves in terms movement, flexibility, strength, cardio fitness but in how quickly they start to see results.


I train with  both men and women from different backgrounds, professions and fitness levels.  I work with mothers who want to get back into shape while raising young

families, mothers who are juggling both raising a young family but also work as well. 


I personal train with men who want to improve their fitness level, lose weight, increase lean muscle mass.  My training will get your body functioning on a new level.


I work with men and women who have not done much exercising over time or are overweight.


I am a master of fitness and high intensity interval training as well as low intensity balance and flexibility training.


I personal train with clients of various age groups but especially those in their 30s, 40s, 50s, and 60s. 

I also work with clients who are rehabilitating from injury and surgery.  An example is one of my clients, Victoria, who came to me post double knee surgery but went

on to run her first half marathon in under 2hrs, 8 months on.


Whatever your fitness background, or your goals, results are always guaranteed and beyond.  you will not only feel your best self, you will also posess a well sculpted
